I am installing my amp for my tower speakers. I would like to set it up so that I can turn off the tower speakers without turning off interior speakers and subwoofer. Can I run the remote wire to my unused acc switch on the panel? Or what would another solution be?

the switch would be the easy way to do it. Another option would pac-l1`s

you can get the Peripheral PRC1 at sonicelectronix.com i believe. same thing as LC1.

Headunit front Pre-outs to one amp, rear pre-outs to the other amp, then use the Fade on the headunit.

Yes, you can use your spare switch on the dash to interrupt the remote wire to your tower amp.
Option 2 - get and EQ with fader between boat/tower.
Option 3 - PAC LC1 or equivalant (search ebay)

The head unit fade works too but going through the menu to fade out can be a pain. I prefer the quick and easy always available knob offered on option 1,2,or 3.
