Is there a large difference in flow or any if the input and utput on the pump are 3/4"?

TY, the pump will determine the output regardless of the hose size, but the bigger hose will flow easier and have less pressure, where the smaller hose will have greater pressure.

For all you Physics majors, Keep in mind that my scenario will be true as long as your hose isn't too small where it starts to create backpressure.
