the switch stays on for 30 sec. then the breaker pops, i think a power touching a ground?????

how many lights do you have wired on each switch? How big is the relay to each switch? I the switch very warm to the touch after the 30 seconds?

Do the lights come back on when the breaker is re-set?

If you had a ground touching power it should trip instantly. I would look at the relay also or the fuse/breaker could be bad!
