Does anyone have a good place to get the 3 way ballast fill/empty switches from?

they were a factory install

www.carlingswitch.com - look at the Contura series.
you can also get factory switches from dealers with the ballast labels on them, and just buy the mounting kits from Carling.

I know some people found places that they let you put custom labels on them, but I can't find those for the life of me
