Thinking of using a PPI DCX124. Anyone have any experience with this sub? How does it compare to a JL 12W6?

I have the DCX154 along with two orion P12d4's. The 15" rocks hard and I can't get it to distort. It is a very deep speaker for mounting, but if you have the room you won't be sorry. The W6 is a great speaker, I had a 15W6 in my last boat. The only problem I had was the wires that feed from the terminals to the voice coil broke at least once a season. That isn' covered under the warranty and it got kind of expensive. The PPI doesn't have external wires and the terminals are a heavy duty screw in style. Just my opinion, but I think you will really like the PPI sub.
