Hey guys,
Thinking about adding a tower to my '98 prostar 205dd. Just curious to see which towers you guys would recommend (and how much$$). Pics or links would be welcome!

Also, I've "heard" that towers on my model prostar will more easily cause stress fractures in the boat. Is this true even if the tower is properly installed??

Please feel free to comment and thanks in advance!

I put a proflight on my 97 prostar/xstar and it was super solid. The gelcoat and fiberglass are very thick on the mastercrafts so you dont have to worry about stress cracks. The tower was about $1700 and I did the install myself.

The Titan Series 1 is getting cheap, $1499 at wakeside.com. It is a top quality design and I think it looks cool on that generation of MC.

Actually, the Titan Series 1 is down to $1299 shipped with no upcharge for a custom color. A very, very good buy.

I might be upgrading my tower on my 2000 205V to the current style, so I will be selling my old tower, it's the same Zeroflex that is on the 2000 Xstar. It's in perfect shape, I just want the new style. Email me if you're interested. cfiacco@beer.com
