How are these bindings? I've wanted to try some close toe bindings and BBB has these in black for 129 right now. I ride 07 CWB Factions Open toe right now. I really like the Factions, but they are getting a little worn and stretched out.

I would say if you like the Factions you'd like the answers. I little higher with a little more support, but not a whole lot more

Buy them. I paid full price when they first came out, but don't regret getting them. Great closed toe boot. The thing I like about them is they get snug even around the toes, while many closed toe boots don't.

Super comfortable boot's, a breeze to get in n out of, of course all C-dubs boots are...get em you'll dig them for sure!!

Best boots i've ever put my foot into. THey are flexible with great support. The achilles pad does a great job to prevent all heel lift without any blisters. I dont have any complaints with the footbed (doesnt require any heat molding, it molds after a couple rides). I absolutely love these bindings....i will be getting another pair if these ever wear out. I used to ride open toe and wont go back to open toe now that i've tried closed. DEFINATELY WORTH THE INVESTMENT!!!!

I just broke my toe in 2 places and did some major damage with these bindings on a standard W2W jump gone bad. I am a size 9 and went Medium and could not get them tight enough for them not to move. I would recommend that you go smaller. Or you can buy my Answers if you want. 100 bucks shipped, used about 8 times... .size medium.

I had them and hated them. Maybe it was the hinge but every time I rode the hinge dug into my Achilles and I had a tough time walking afterwards. I ended up ditching them because I could not wakeboard with the hinge.
I would definitely demo.

I had them and they seemed ok for the first few rides and then they seemed to develop a pressure point on the outsides of my feet, so I ditched them. Now I ride 09 Cells and they completely blow the answers out of the water.
But different people have different preferences, so I would demo if possible.

M-dizzle- I can see how the hinge can do that, but you can also udjust the hinge so its not so tight on the heel/achilles. (you adjust the little nuts on the bottom of the boot to losen)
