I'm hearing from David Cervenka that they have finally finished up the Global Warning DVD and that pre-orders should start shipping on my birthday, June 19. Coincidence? I think not! 
I asked him about the songs they ended up using since they went through the full licensing procedures for all their music and he just sent me the track listing. There is some very cool stuff on the list! I'm stoked to see Dope Show by Marylin Manson (not sure how they got the rights to that one) for Rathy's section and they even some music by Darin Shapiro!

It will be regular format as well. I guess the Blu-ray version is going to be another few weeks before it ships. I was talking about the non-HD version above. I believe you can pre-order both at http://www.gw-movie.com.
