here are some pix; the rest of the house should stay as clean as the kitchen.

Three Questions:
1. Is that a snake in the water in the top pic?
2. Can I move in with my whole family?
3. Isn't there a "looking for a roommate link" Use it! (j/k)

Sorry, but i beg to differ. Snakes DO NOT float on top of the water like that, unless you are referring to a FAKE snake. Just ask my dad, steve irwin a.k.a. "the crocodile hunter".

Let me guess, your last roommate was a slob?

I could keep the kitchen like that, but my room would be a different story. $600 is so worth it. Good luck with the search.

yes i think 600 is cheap! but the old folks that rented me this house just gave me a great deal. all the other houses on this street are 5-600$ more per month.

i changed the phone # to 925-240-7285 please call or email me if anyones interested. thanks

$600 is cheap.
For that price it may make sense for someone to rent it for the weekends alone. At least from April through October.
Geeze, a dock rental is worth $150/mo. Would need to get a hoist, however.

$600 is a steal for that area. I know when I lived out there, which almost 2 years ago I was paying that much for a house that was off the water in the Country meadows housing tract (near the post office). Good luck with your search, I'm still in So Cal until next year or else I would move in a heartbeat.
