Yeah that "wind shield" factor is a killer. Is that how cold the wind shield is?.... or how cold it feels when you drive down the road?

I talked to my buddy in Santa Barbara and he said its crazy warm. Lots of snow here in Colorado right now, in about 2 weeks I am making a road trip from Nor Cal to San Diego to knock on doors for jobs. The rain and snow will come this year for Cali don't worry.

I am bringing my board and gas money. (oh and a suit for interviews)

Schools were canceled because of the cold today. I know that -40'C and -40'F are the same temp but with the wind today...-50'C.
It's stupid cold and tomorrow, we're looking at the same weather. Sunday, they're forecasting melting weather...WTH?

Is the "wind shield" factor standardized on a tintless wind shield? What happens if you turn your wipers on high? Does the friction throw the "wind shield" factor off? If you turn the defrost as hot as it will go I bet it will significantly reduce the "wind shield" factor.
