googled it... 5 mph restriction is still in place.... nevermind!

FYI, it has to reach 400 ft elevation before it opens up.

Hahaha, yeah, we still have about 30 feet to go. Last year the speed limit was lifted near the end of March I think.

i can see folsom lake from my house it is so aggravating having it 5mph when the suns out like it is now. we need more water.
