I emailed Slingshot with a simple question at info@slingshot.com. I got that email address from their website. When I emailed them, it automatically "opened up a case" for me...? Something doesnt seem right, since i dont have a case, i just had a product question! ha! Is there another email that i can write to, or is this the way they do things? thanks in advance guys! |

hmmm... maybe that IS how they do it. i just checked. i have never really e-mailed the company, just reps of the company here and there in the past. here is a link to the self serve onliine case form thing, you can try that. there is a option for "WAKEBOARDING: GENERAL QUESTIONS" in the "case issue" box http://buyslingshotsports.com/s.nl/it.I/id.77/.f?sc=24&category=3452 i also think there is a different contact on the tags that came with my boots i'll have to look it up... but it could be a warranty contact? in the mean time hold tight and see if someone has a better answer and/or try the case form thing. OR try asking all of us. you might get an answer you need! |

My previous employer had a similar case system. It is a system generated email system that is created so a customer service rep can track your email and make sure that someone gets it. I assume it is a similar system. Give it a few days. |

Slingshot customer service is by far the best, give them time and they will take care of you. |

Thanks guys, I was contacted with some info of a rep and emailed him. Just waiting on a response since I sent both these emails on Saturday, and Sunday. Thanks again. |
