nice attempt! just wait a tad longer and stay on edge, then it's money!

right on. regular, mexican, who cares? maybe some people i guess. but you're right there, just need to stick it out on the landing. i've been trying them all summer and last summer, and i'm coming so close too. Good Job, keep going with it!

That wasn't all that mexican man! You'll get that soon for sure.

Yeah dude. You look like you have it about nailed. Like Joe said, hold that edge all the way through the wake and you'll have it. In the 3rd to last pic, you are already bracing for a fall. Hold the edge and pop a little higher and you'll be in the comfortable landing position by that frame.

You are doing the same mistake, I've been doing. Seems that you are not really edging progressively looking at the first 3 pics. On the first pic you are fully attacking the wake (lots of spray), but instead of holding that edge you are getting off too early. One way that helped me fix that was taking a shorter approach. This way you automatically edge harder towards the wake because you don't have as much time to gather speed. I am sure you'll stick it soon! Haven't landed one myself yet, but I am getting closer.

The other thing you might want to try, is a tantrum. With your style of edging, you might actually find it easier.

good luck!

you're flatening off as you're coming up the wake. look at your sequence of pictures backwards. thats what you're cut should look like.

it needs to be progressive. easy at first hard at the top of the wake, stand tall and your cut will do the work.

wow...good catch jr!

i was gonna say body position in pic 4 should match pic 3....meaning wait longer to initiate the roll. and whatever you do.....realize that a LOT of us are jealous of that flat delta water...man, that place is nice! keep it up...you'll get it.

exactly eric....jealous

great shots Charley
you almost have it!

I am still having trouble getting the full rotation

just to clarify guys....
when yall and all of the instructional videos say "stand tall"......you mean "tall" relative to the board and not "tall" relative to the horizon

right?
cause standing tall relative to the horizon would flatten the board out........

yeah, that crane is toward the end of Vics on the southbound side (going away from Union Point). I'm not sure what they are building. A wall of some sort
