anybody know of boards that are like the belmont in the way they ride? I used to have one and it is my favorite board of all time. Oh, and brand does not matter. |
|
the hyperlite motive is the same board if your looking to just get a newer ride. |

Hey Matt, I agree that the old Belmont was an incredible shape, one of my favorites too. Like Bryan said, the Motive is still the same shape if you just want a newer board. Personally, I looked around for a long time to find something that would satisfy me like the Belmont did but had softer landings. I found the O'Brien Natural to be exactly the board I'd dreamed of. Give one a demo and see how you like it. |

thanks fellas, I sold the old belmont like an idiot so I no longer have it. I did not know that the motive was the same shape. I had the belmont with the movie theater on the bottom, so motive is same shape as that one? Will check on the Natural. |

The Motive is the Belmont model with the molded fins. The next Belmont had bolt-ons in place of the molded. Dunno if there was an update after that. I'm a long time Motive rider. Great board. |

I loved that Belmont. Now on a CWB Faction, they ride very similar. |
|
that belmont with the bolt on fins and the movie theatre is now sold under a different name and graphics as a beginner board at Academy. its now a 4 fin board though instead of a six. |
|
mattc: the belmont with the theatre was the 03, right? My dad rocks that board, I love it! Super light, and a great freeride shape. |

yep 03 |
