I have a 91 prostar and a 500 pound fat sack in the back of my boat and i'm looking to greatly increase the wake for this year. What should i do to help?

Sac out the bow, put 350-400 up there in the walk way or under the bow if its closed.

Unfortunately for you Ryan, that is one of the best slalom boat on earth. Figure out a way to get 400-500 up in the bow and then get a fatseat to replace the rear seat. It will be almost 2k so you will have to be careful.

I have a 94 prostar 205 and weight it as follows:

Fat seat in back full 1500lbs
Full size fat sack in open bow walkway all the way up (about 400lb because of the size restrictions)
Full size fat sack going beamwise with the boat over the front seats and on top of that sack. (about 550lbs)
Tube sack in the bow ski locker (300lbs)
And then the final tube sack wherever we feel it should fit to make the wake perty...

Run about 23-24mph at about 70' and it is VERY nice for a $15k boat. You MUST pitch your prop down to at least 12*, I got an ACME 13 X 12 and it works great.
