..i will try to make this quick/short..i ride a hyperlite 144 motive(im 6ft 185) finless and love the board ,but like the "pop"and "ease of edging towards wake" that of my buddys new 54cm byerly..the problem is that his board is impossible for me to do surface 360's and switch around on..feels like it just locks to the water and doesnt wanna let go..question: is there a board that mixes these two together?.maybe a 3 stage rocker?... hope this makes sense guys..thanks! |

Have you ever ridden a 3DS? Thats what i ride and i ride finless and its unreal! tons of pop, super soft landings and since it still has 4 small molded fins it tracks great when you want it to and loosens up when you want it to as well! Love the board! |
|
no i havent but thats one of the boards that i have in mind..so the 3ds is very easy to spin and switch around?...hows the 3ds bindings?..hear they are super ridgid..thanks |

If you can, try a few boards out. It sounds like you're looking for something that releases easily and has a more abrupt pop. I ride the Shane and love it. Very smooth board. |

I would Check out some of the boards with small molded fins , iwould not recomend the 3ds with no fins, those are just bumpers to guid you your best bet if you are into surface spins with a 3ds is smaller fins, i would look into some of the liquid force boards and the cwb boards... HOPe that helps |

Ryan, the 3DS bindings are really tight, especially around the ankles. I am not a huge fan, but there are those out there who swear by them. |
