I've been thinking about new bindings and I'm wondering which ones you guys recomend. I'm looking in the $300 range. I tried on a pair of 3DS' today and liked them, I was also looking at LF Sphynx but they didn't have any so I couldn't try them on. What other one's should I look at? |
I'm a total newb, so my opinion may not carry a lot of weight, but I got hooked on the CWB hinge tech bindings right off the bat. They're stupid easy to get in and out of. The Factions run about $270. |
the factions are nice but they're heavy. Unless someone says not to I think I'm going to get the 3DS Boots in the next week or two |
I would check out the 07 CWB Zeus as well. |
CWB Fuze! |
The faction boots are not heavy. |
not extremely heavy, but when I picked it up at the store you could definatley feel the difference between that and some of the other ones. |
Even so, we're talking "ounces." |
LF transit, just one step up from the sphynx! IMO they fit better than the watons, 3ds, cells, and a list of other bindings i tried on, and tried in the water! I like a tight binding though! |
Don't get the Factions just because they are better designed. Get the ones you like better. |
Dustin I would say to demo/ride all the bindings you like before you buy them if thats possible, what feels good in the shop may feel different on the water. The 3ds is a good binding as well as all the others listed. |
I've ridden the Sphynx's for the past two years. I just got back to basics and picked up a pair of new LF Ultra Suctions. There is nothing better. They're simple, light weight, and comfortable. |
07 Xenon's - Lycra rules and the foot bed's are awesome. |
06 HL Murrays Are Good, What Board You Got? |
I Hear RON1X Makes Comfortable Bindings Too, But Theyre A Little Expensive Now. |
shanes...love them |
Love my factions |
'05 absolute it was a leftover so it was still new when I got it this spring |
3DS/MURRAY Closed toes are the best |
