I have a horrible burning on the left side of my rib cage. After a couple days of riding, it will be very tender to the touch and to the point of keeping me up at night. Has anyone dealt with this? I rode goofy on Saturday (not very well) to get around it but I'm sure we'll be riding a lot at SpringRide this weekend. Has anyone dealt with this?
