ok thanks...i haven't been on here for awhile...out busy playing on the lake  . i personally want the water feel but just thought i'd ask since they seem to be the "new" thing.

i got the 06 murrays and i like them alot.i used to want the water feeling to but i reall like these binding, u should give them a try!

Rode the new Murray's at OWC yesterday... The boa took wayyyyyyy too long to tighten up! Wasn't much difficulty getting into the bindings, lots easier then my Ultras. They were very comfortable, I probably would have liked the extra support the 3DS's would have given me.
Basically, I will stick with my Ultras/2005 3DS's. Again, this is after only ridding the Murrays.. The closed toe 3DS's would probably have been much more to my likeing and if LF closed toed the Ultras that would be pretty sweet. I didn't notice any performance enhances or negatives so i'd say closed toe is here to stay along side open toed classics!

One more thing... I did some hard cuts into the Kicker there and never once felt like I would stub a toe.
