Awesome job rodney. I can't do shiat myself, but I was wondering if your crew gave you a hard time after pulling off your first raley then biffing it on the celebration ollie.

Sweet Rodney! Congrats on the Raley. How long did it take to learn it? I'm still trying to learn it but not quite there. Awesome job!!

Pretty sweet... I love the feeling of landing a new trick, especially one like that. Congrats. Won't be long till all the girls are asking you to do that "superman-thingy."

and girls like the "superman-thingy"

I just watched it... Nice finish! looks like something I'd do! bunny hop crash..

Nice work! It brings back all the painful memories of learning that trick.

Sweeeeet Super Man Thingggy. I remember trying the air raley and ended up into a front flip thingy to back and rips. Took the air out of me and hurt for 2 days. Good job.

Heads Up,

For those of you doing a front flip my guess is you are looking down... Focus on the tower, keep looking straight ahead. When you look / glance down it is natural reaction to rotate that way & do a front flip to back flop. Good Luck.

Are you the dude that 2 weekends ago was doing a raley and the rope broke, or lost the handle while at the top of the trick? Looked to be in the same spot on Sag. Quite a fall from where we were floating.

it took me all of last year to learn the trick, and yes mattato that was my fall, my hands were too cold to hold on, the rope snapped out of my hand and it was a pretty bad fall but some how i came around sideways and landed board first so i didnt die!... i got some video of that fall it looks crazy, was that you guys out on the yellow sanger?

Good vid. Shame it wasn't last weekend when you would have had snow on the 4 Peaks as a back drop!

Yeah that was us out there. Man we all cringed but were impressed with your ability to bring the board around and land on it. Too bad those times of being 1 of very few boats out is almost gone.

For those of you who are front flipping your raley attempts... You're (most likely) doing everything right, you just need to pull the handle in, once you get extended. Master that, and you'll find out how easy the raley really is... And yes, I agree, the ladies do like the "superman-thingy!"
