Does anyone know the outcome of Geoff and those x-9 pirates? I thought the court date was scheduled for 11/22???

Hey actually i went to the hearing, and the charges are still pending against them, bt geoffs
charges were lost in the court system somehow.
We showed up for his hearing and there was nothing pending against him. One of the guys that
jumped on Geoffs boat was there for their hearing though. We didn't stick around to see what happened. But I do know he is still filing a civil
lawsuit againt them. Thats still being processed thru a lawyer.

So did anybody figure out what caused this? Was Geoff driving crazy or erratically almost causing an accident? I know that they exchanged words etc. But what was the whole basis of this fight?
The bad mojo post was kind of one sided (not saying that geoff deserved it) but the whole story was never explained.

Boy thats alot of typing to tell that story. I can tell you that Geoff was not at fault,
I was right at the initial confrontation and where the initial words were exchangeD. IT SHOULD HAVE ENDED THERE! But they decided to hunt Geoff down later on that day anyways. The story from BAD MOJO was pretty accurate though.

This pretty much explains it all, along with some funny dialogue from Pixi. Anyways more on what happened to the Pirates. It would be nice to know if the Judicial system will get this one right. Make a statement to all the idiots out there who could possibly ruin a good day out on the water.
