My family is considering a move to Chesterton IN. 60 min east of Chicago near Lake Michigan & Michigan City. Does anyone know of any lakes that ave rideable there?

Pine Lake-LaPorte, IN (never been there)
Koontz Lake-Walkerton, IN (nice, get there early)
Cedar Lake-Cedar Lake, IN (nasty water, get there early)
Lake Holiday-Crown Point, IN (Private, gated community, see Todd)
Doubletree Lake- Crown Point, IN (Private, gated community)
